IN-PERSON VIP COCKTAIL RECEPTION

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to join us at the Art Gallery of Hamilton.

Doors open at 5:30 pm.

Your VIP Experience at the Art Gallery of Hamilton begins with a complimentary Signature Cocktail. As you partake in the ambiance of the room you will take notice of Brianne creating a live painting which you can bid on in the online silent auction. The entertainment is provided by Nancy on the grand piano and adds to the festive evening.

For your tasting palate you can sample as many items as you wish from Fresh Brussel Sprouts sauteed with your choice of balsamic vinegar, bacon, garlic, roasted red bell pepper, beets, and mozzarella cheese. 

Or perhaps the Greek Souvlaki station where you have a selection of grilled chicken, rice pilaf, mini pita, and bowls of traditional Greek Meze: Tzatziki, Greek Fava, and Marinated Olives.

Then there is also a Carvery Station, where an attendant will provide you with a slice of roast sirloin of beef with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, served with au jus and horseradish sauce and garnished with Fresh Rosemary. Served in a cosmopolitan glass.

To top off the evening with your tea or coffee, indulge in warm donut holes tossed with a selection of flavoured sugars, such as hazelnut, cinnamon, chocolate, raspberry, and lemon.
